Shaurya Gadget is an online retail store selling toys, remote cars, die-cast cars, smart gadgets, beauty products, and trending items. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Sale prices are valid only during the specified offer period.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed and no amount will be deducted. If deducted, it will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 may attract a nominal shipping charge. Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items received. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Customized or perishable items are not eligible for return.

6. Cancellation Policy

7. Product Authenticity

Shaurya Gadget guarantees 100% genuine products. All items are sourced from verified suppliers. If you receive a counterfeit or misrepresented product, please contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.

We collect personal information (name, address, phone, email) only for order processing and delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your information is stored securely and used only for communication related to your orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shaurya Gadget is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
